Dr. Rehana Ahmed will be relocating her medical practice effective July 2, 2026.

If you would prefer to stay at Westside Medical Associates and require a new family physician, please email your request to newpatients@wsmed.ca. Do not fill out the CMQ, you already have a chart at the clinic and do not need to fill out any paperwork.
Please note that unless otherwise indicated by you, your chart will be automatically transferred to Dr. Ahmed's new practice location, and you will no longer have access to Westside Medical Associates resources.
